User Data Deletion Instructions

At Mafra India, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use your Mafra India account, you can permanently delete your account directly from your Customer Dashboard.

1.       Log in to your Mafra India account.

2.       Open My Account / Customer Dashboard.

3.       Click 'Delete My Account' from the left navigation menu.

4.       Review the account deletion information.

5.       Click the 'Delete Account' button.

6.       Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once confirmed, the following data will be deleted:

·         Your Mafra India account

·         Personal profile information

·         Saved shipping and billing addresses

·         Wishlist and shopping preferences

·         Facebook Login information (if linked)

Completed orders, invoices, warranty records, payment records, and other information that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes may be kept as required by applicable laws.

Processing Time

Account deletion is normally processed immediately after confirmation. Any remaining personal data stored in backups or archives will be permanently removed within 7–15 business days.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in using Facebook Login, deleting your Mafra India account will also remove the Facebook profile information stored by us. You may also remove Mafra India from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

Mafra India processes user data deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Meta Platform requirements.
